visarunner
as the System has been overbooked by fake bookings and visa run companies can not even secure any seats for their customer the Royal Thai Embassy Vientiane has started to send letter out to verify the booking. The letter request to confirm the booking in order to reconfirm the appointment. They request to answer to [email protected]. As our customer try to reconfirm her appointment she receive notification that said mail account does not exist. We try to contact to staff in Royal Thai Embassy, but they are on holiday. Anyone a suggestion to get hold of a high ranking official in MFA to get some assistance directed to help with the obvious problem. Example letter enclosed.

BritTim
If the mail server itself was properly set up, a message to [email protected] ought to reach a technical support individual. Hopefully, they would be able to liaise with whoever updated the website to figure out why you are being told to send messages to an invalid address. [email protected] ought to reach whoever controls website updates.

Caldera
The sheer amount of incompetence on display here is mind-blowing. If they cannot even get that simple appointment system to work properly, what hope is there for their more ambitious IT projects? Just saying, I'm not surprised at all. To be honest, I am not especially surprised. The whole way the appointment system was rolled out reeks of technical incompetence. A working postmaster address is something any email admin should know to have working and properly monitored.
ubonjoe
This email [email protected] address was posted here with instructions to tell them you want to cancel your extension. I assume it could be used to reset the account.
