I need a couple of stainless steel kitchen shelves. Are there any restaurant/ kitchen suppliers (second hand sellers are even better) near the BTS stations? or along Silom or Sukhumvit?

I'd try Klong Tom, around Tanon Mahasak, no Bts station, but lots of catering supplies.

The best kitchen supply store in Thailand used to be on Wireless Road in a small shopping center across from the US Ambassdaor's residence. Shoot, what was the name of that place? Jeez, can't remember. I haven't been there in a long while anyway, and although it has been located in the same place for many, many years, I can't swear it still is there. It would be worth checking, however.

the place that Oldasiahand mention is'Veerasu' on wireless road. Another place you can check is Seagull stainless steel kitchen factory in Soi sukumvit 55(soi Thonglor) , if you enter from sukumvit rd this showroom is on the right. easy to find.
