Hatha Yoga Classes

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a good hatha teacher or class for an intermediate yogi? Even better would be a Scaravelli class, but I doubt whether this has reached CM yet.

If you don't get first hand recommandations - check out "Yogasala" on Th. Ratchamanka. Haven't been there myself, but some of my customers have and were quite pleased. It appears to be the classical stuff they are teaching, but I don't know the spread on levels.

From Moon Muang go down Ratchamanka, about 20 meters after the first intersection (Ratchapakinai) you'll see "Yogasala" on your right.

Thanks. I'll try to find that and poke my snout in.

as someone with a dedicated, years-on yoga practice who got my start from two teachers in chiang mai, i highly, highly recommend the yoga studio (http://www.yoga-chiangmai.com/). it's also on ratchamankha but further down than yogasala. directions are on the studio website. adam and sara are especially amazing teachers. as is sandra when she's in town, but she's in goa for the season. cheers, dana
