Greetings,

My 1 year non-o "visa" expires at the end of April. I am going out of Thailand the middle of May.

I do not want another 1 year retirement non-o.

Can I go to a Thai Immigration office and get a 30 day extension or just do a border run?

Yes, I know I should have planned better.

Thanks..

You cannot apply for any extension other than one year.

You could do a border run for a 30 day visa exempt entry to get the additional time you need.

You can only extend for 1 year, OR 60 days if you’re the spouse/parent of a Thai.

If you do a border run the 30 days can be extended by another 30 days; if required.
