I have a triple entry tourist visa from the US. It was issued Dec 27, 2006. I didn't get to Thailand until Jan 15, 2007. It says last entry before June 26, 2007. My first 60 days is about to run up, and I plan on getting a 30 day extension. My question is, does this extension change that last entry date? If I extend my first entry by 30 days, do I get an extra 30 days so my last entry must be before July 26, 2007? My instinct says no, that no matter what, my last 90 day block will probably start around June 26, 2007 and will run until Sept 26, 2007.

Also, I'm wondering if people have encountered issues with extensions on multiple entry tourist visas on subsequent entries? The math says the most important extension is on the final entry, so I may skip this first extension and just take a side trip to PI for a week or so.

Your 3rd , final ,entry of your Tourist Visa will not be extented.

Use the visa on or before June 26 , 2007.

I got my triple entry at Houston. No Thais at all at the consulate there. Unbelievably easy to get a triple entry visa there.

Are you sure that I can't get my final entry extended? Is there a reason for this?

Your third entry MUST be on or before the June 26 , 2007.

You will get 60 day and this can be extended by another 30 days.

Your first arrival date is irrelevant,

it is the expiry date, June 26 , 2007, on the visa that matters.

I got mine in DC at the embassy. No hassle at all.
