Positiv "drug-tested" - What Will Happen In General?

I was told, that - in Case of a positiv Drug-Test - in every Region in Thailand are different "Handlings"!

what does the general Thai Law say about a positiv Drug-Test?

How many different Levels of Drugs exist - and what will be the Punishment - does it "differ" if you are Resident or Tourist?

Just make sure you have a few buns of bread with sesame seeds on top

and tell the cops you have eaten a few and that why you test positive (it's true).

If they believe you, you are lucky....

For your info a friend of mine was cought with one joint at Koh Pangan.

He could bribe his way out of jail but it costed him a total of 90.000 Bath.

I guess best is not to use any kind of illegal drugs anywhere....

Sounds like a load of rubbish to me..

Bottom line, DO NOT do drugs
