Visa Extension Immigration Forms as PDF

Hi guys,

 

I checked this already and other websites...

 

The TM7 form is there, but what is missing is 10 (don't know how many exactly) other papers that you have to sign when you extend your visa at Samut Prakan Immigration.

Does anyone has all these forms as a PDF or so to download and print?

I cannot imagine what those ten forms could be.

The only ones I am aware of are the condition for a extension of stay and the overstay rules.

Conditions for extension of stay is here but your office could have a different one they use.

exactly these are. Samut Prakan gives you 4-10 pages to sign. Overstay stuff and conditions.

Thanks the linked one is one of these pages I mean. Then I will drive there better and collect them again ???? Maybe I will scan them for further use.
