Voters should see Trump’s contemptuous conduct for what it is: evidence of guilt

President Trump’s stonewalling is far worse than Richard M. Nixon’s ever was — more extensive, more outrageous and more unjustified than anything Nixon tried to pull.

Executive privilege only applies to communications from and to the President.

It can’t be applied to anything else and it can’t be applied to communications that have already been published.

So nothing that is already published can be subject to executive privilege and only those parts of the report that are redacted AND include communications from/to the President can be subject to executive Privilege.

Barr trolled Trump and got Trump to issue a nonsense order to get Barr off the hook.

Except it won’t work.

Question 1.  Why is the AG giving the President advice wrt how he the President should respond to a Congressional inquiry?

That is not his job.

Barr just dug the hole he’s in deeper and dragged Trump in with him.
