Any snake expert knows what this is? We have a large one about 1m long in our garden and now we have few little ones as well, visiting the house. Is it dangerous? Don’t seem aggressive, but quite fast

The snake in your pictures is a juvenile Red-Necked Keelback..

It is considered dangerous.. severe symptoms if bitten.. but no fatalities recorded

don't touch it..

I used to keep buff-necked keelbacks and chequered keelbacks as pets back in the seventies. I was told they were mildly venomous but rear fanged so no danger. I've since read only recently they were discovered to be more venomous that previously thought. They are aquatic snakes and eat fish and frogs. I join with other posters in asking you not to kill them but if they are too present then yes get someone to move them (near a stream)

PLEASE don't kill them!

They are beautiful animals, if you don't fancy having them around...get someone to take them to a suitable human free location.

Don't worry , I will not kill them or move them, they are lovely animals and I think they were here before I moved in, so I have no right to remove them.
