reading this aboute few user get virus pop up with thear isp soft ware i erge every 1 to uninstall yore isp soft ware it is caping yore internet uninstall then see if it fix every problum hope this help if no speed inprove ment try proxy

my isp cap speed usieng soft ware mst user do not know so thay end up with slow speed
