I'm currently in Spain working but I want to return to my family in Bangkok in a couple of months, I was originally planning on visiting the UK and making an application to the consulate in Hull but I was wondering if I could get a result at the Embassy in Madrid, has anybody had any experiences there?

Well, here I go again, talking to myself

I'll be flying out of Spain shortly, on my way to the UK to try my luck in the Royal Thai Consulate in Hull...

UNLESS anybody has any info on the Consulate in Madrid??

If you do, please contact me in either a PM or a reply on this thread, I would really prefer to not have to spend time in the UK waiting for the visa I want(or a tourist visa by default )

what I have heard from Sunbelt some time ago that the Thai Embassy in Madrid does not seem to be easy. The Consulate does not do the Visa-work because they sent me to the Embassy. For what I have read in the Forum that the UK seems to be easier. Holland also. But things are changing rapidly nowadays.
