“Those” kind of rude tourists that can only talk in one volume ( maximum), spit onto the floor or sidewalk or don’t know how to cue up in line the USA doesn’t want anyway. 

Thailand can have them.

I believe this was the US Presidents intent after TAT had spoken with him and motivated him to act for Thailand's benefit.
