Vile Aussie and Thai pedophiles given record jail terms for abusing children in Thailand and Australia

A Thailand born Australian man who was branded "a child's worst nightmare" after abusing children, including 11 babies, in Thailand and Australia has been jailed for a record 40 years.

 

Ruecha Tokputza, 31, who was born in Bangkok, groomed children for sex in Australia and Thailand, filmed the abuse and shared it online.

 

Last month, Tokputza, who moved to Australia when he was 13 years old, was sentenced to 40 years and three months behind bars, with a non-parole period of 28 years, after he pleaded guilty to 50 charges.

 

Prosecutors have said his crimes were the most serious case of sex offending in Australia, with District Court Judge Liesl Chapman calling him a predator whose actions were depraved.

 

"You are a child's worst nightmare, you are every parent's horror, you are a menace to the community," she said.

 

"Unfortunately there are many like you out there, fortunately you have been caught."

 

His offending took place in Adelaide and Thailand between June 2011 and his arrest in January 2018.

 

Judge Chapman said his youngest victim was just 15 months old, and Tokputza removed one child's nappy to abuse him while he slept.

 

The court heard how Tokputza, who showed no remorse during the trial, believed he was helping the children by "showering them with love, care and attention".

 

In addition to the sex offences, Tokputza was caught with 12,500 images and 650 videos of child exploitation he had downloaded.

 

He also had 415 images 251 pornographic videos that captured his own crimes taking place.

 

Tokputza was found to be part of an international pedophile ring who shared images of the abuse on a ‘dark web’ site that had more than 63,000 users.

The 2 year investigation into the site by Interpol resulted in a total of nine people being arrested in Thailand, Australia and the US.

 

One of Tokputza’s accompliaces, who was believed to be the site’s main administrator was a Thai man named Montri Salangam.

 

He was seen abusing 11 boys, one of whom was his nephew. The children had been lured to Salangam’s home with meals, internet access and football games. Salangam was given a 146 year jail sentence in Thailand.

 

According to Interpol, the arrests and closure of the site resulted in 50 children being rescued, although more than 100 children are believed to have been victims of the gang.

 

The Guardian reported that 11 children were rescued from Thailand.

I dont know about that. firstly Thai prisoners rarely go after pedos unlike the ozzies do in fact Thaiss very rarely attack farang in prison, lots of youtube videos interviewing farang who confirm it

 

Secondly there is a lot more freedom within the jail if you have money you can buy what you want plus the king regularly issues reductions.

This post deservedly generates outrage. I see on another post that details abuse of schoolgirls on buses the victim is blamed by some posters and in my book this one in the same, sexual abuse is sexual abuse. Preying upon innocence is reprehensible no matter what the circumstance and my hope is these all these scumbags pay for their lack of humanity.

Well, IMHO, these sex offenders should be confined to a psychiatric prison where they would be thoroughly psycho analyzed.  I think that societies should start trying to identify these extreme offenders as well as mass shooters.  Perhaps they could be identified as likely offenders and put under special scrutiny before they offend.  There are so many mass shooters and pedophiles these days.  If the resources are available, society needs to be protected from them.

I doubt he will last until his parole.  Unless he is locked up in a cell by himself he will be the subject of an 'accident'.  That will be real justice.  I hope he gets messed up pretty bad before he dies.

That already happens. No co-operation, no parole, although I doubt these people will ever walk free anyway.

 

It only takes an unlocked door and the warders are no big fans of pedophiles.

There is no cure for paedophilia other than chemical or physical castration. All the psychoanalysis in the world doesn't change them.

That is a shame. He should be sent to a State Prison in the US, general poppy, after advising the locals of his crimes. Wouldn’t last 48 hours.
