Have you ever noticed those black bulbs at traffic intersections like the one near the Provicial Court House, Sri Sai Moon Intersection or even at Mae Korn intersection? Those are CCTV cameras. Ever wonders who is looking at us and what these cameras are used for?

Just wish the were used to arrest motorists that cross red lights or motorcyclists that do not wear helmets. heh heh.
