Video: Korean man in custody after Thai woman falls from 30th floor at Pattaya condo

Police in Pattaya have charged a 33 year old South Korean man with negligence causing death after a Chaiyaphum woman plunged to her death from the 30th floor of a condominium in Pattaya.

 

Sungcheol, denies the charge. He was also found to be in possession and using ketamine and has also been charged in connection with that. 

 

Twenty three year old Ratchada Khermphukhiaw was found naked on a seventh floor flat roof after falling from the 30th floor. 

 

A video on The Pattaya News showed the suspect and the aftermath of the incident.

From the other thread on the same subject there had been a lot of conjecture as to what actually happened.  From this article it appears it could well have been a drugs related incident and with the lady wearing no clothes perhaps it was some activity on the balcony that went horribly wrong ?

Just guessing, but it might be in the human nature and related to the need to fit in.

Video is still there, showing the guys face clearly, his passport details, the girl ( partially covered ) and what looks like the girls family viewing the body wrapped up in the back of the ambulance, distressing and unnecessary IMO for friends and family of the poor girl.
