And the idea itself is not a new one Trevor Baylis invented the wind up radio and shot firing or explosives specialists use a wind up gen' to fire a charge .. It is just false economy if you consider just how efficient electricity is compared to the maximum output of the human body. It would take approximately 10 people working flat out for an hour to produce the equal output of 1 kilowatt hour of electricity. I was going to mention the clockwork radio too. The idea was for people living with no power to be able to listen to the radio easily. I see that was back in 1994. The bit on the top looks very much like an audio amplifier for a car. 15 minutes of winding to power a lightbulb for upto 6-8 hours seems like nothing new, as everyone else has alluded to already. 100% fake - are you sure it's not the Thai version of April fools day? It's funny how the thousands of physicists around the world with PhDs couldn't invent this but an old Thai man with no teeth can put a few electronic looking things together with a lot of wires and out-do them. Absolute garbage - think I'm going to start ignoring the Thai news from now on. Maybe next month we'll hear about an old Isaan man with cancer who found a way to go to the moon for only 10 baht? Not ridiculing it Yinn but there are limitations to what handcranked generators can power .. And as has been shown the idea is not a new one .. Slightly off course what might be of greater benefit to provide power are mini wind turbines that are becoming more and more popular and some are capable of a not insignificant output ..
