Immigration application

Recommended Posts

I tried the link in post 13 ( thank you by the way) but I get a message that the application is not available in my location. Tried typing it into the browser same results. Tried searching in App Store and it does not come up at all.

Changed my location in the phone to Thailand and tried with vpn on and off same results. I’m using iPhone 6.

Any ideas regarding how to get the app installed?

The TM47 Android app. seems to work fine. I was able to install it, register and then view all my past ~eleven-ish online 90-day reports.

this is interesting. does the app ask for a phone number? if so, did you use the same phone number immigration has on file for you?

and did it send you a OTP to your phone to confirm number?

Try changing your address on the app store. I am sure that is the problem. Other have had the same problem and that fixed it.

You're asking about the 90-day (TM47) report mobile app? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.immeService&hl=en

No. It asks for an email, you can use any email, to which they send an activation code. Then once in the app. you can file a TM47, or search for previously online filed TM47s (based on the barcode, or name, passport no. and birth date) and view, downlaod the approved application and/or the next appointment date form.

birth date: Note that if you are checking the status of a previously filed TM47 (mobile or web filed) on the mobile app via the passport, birthdate, nationality method, there is a short-cut to the birth year for the older chaps. Press on 2019, which brings down a scrollable year roll, slide up to your birth year, then scroll left or right to your birth month, then sleect the date. Or spend an hour or so tabbing back, as one reviewer did.

(This thread has devolved into a confusing amalgam of both the TM47 and TM30 mobile apps.)

I have not used it to submit a 90-day report yet; it was released a few days after my most recent online 90-day report.

(The file saving option, application and next report PDF option does not seem to work.)

The Sec. 38 (TM30) Android app also seems to work. I was able to isntall it, and log-in using my TM30 online system username and password. I can find my most recent TM30 report, and those filed for my apartment building. I have not used it to file a TM30 report yet.

I have no experience with the TM6 mobile app.

I did get the 90 day report app for iOS and successfully installed it. I can log in but there is no data in any of the folders.

Section 38 best I get is on my laptop running chrome type in the link and play store says it is not compatible with any of my devices. <deleted>

Have you ever successfully filed an online 90-day report? https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm

Have you registered for, and received approval (username and PW) using either the TM30 web-based or mobile app?

It may be best to work with the web-based methods first?

  • 1 month later...

Got my user name and password via email for the section 38 application. In true Thai form it does not work. Tried using username and forgot password to reset it myself, says username is bad. Tried calling the number on the application someone answered and all he could say Wes “don’t know”. Is this site down or ? I did go get a cheaper Samsung Android phone to use for this purpose because in order to get the iPhone to work it requires me to remove program that I don’t want to remove.
