WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States would hope to see a freeze in the North Korean nuclear programme as the start of a process of denuclearisation, the State Department said on Tuesday, ahead of fresh talks with Pyongyang supposed to take place this month.

Former deputy education minister Chaowarin Latthasaksiri, alias Kobori, was today sentenced to two years in prison, without suspension, by the Supreme Court after he was found guilty of defrauding B.C.P. Trading, a Cambodian company, out of about 11 million baht in a cement deal.

Tesco to open 750 more stores in Thailand

Indonesia's Go-Jek to announce tie-up with Thai lender
