extension non immigrant o - when?

Hello,

 

recently i got a 90 days non immigrant o visa based on retirement in CW Bangkok. When is the earliest time i can apply for a 12 month extension. I found different informations.

One say 45 days before the visa expire another said 30 days before expire. What is right for CW Bangkok immigration?

It is 45 days at CW.

Like so many other things there's a difference depending where you have to go.  What about Nongbualamphu and Udon Thani ?
