I am in the process of helping someone file for a non-immigrant visa to the USA. I have the Appointment Confirmation and I filed the on-line Non-immigrant visa application (DS-156). Then I printed out the form DS-157 and completed it. We have an appointment date of 2 April. So, what do we do with the form DS-157? Do we just take it with us to the interview or should this form be taken to the consulate before the interview?

just take it with the rest of your forms and give in to the lady at the window when you get your ticket number
