What you have pictured is bleach and it normally whitens but there are some sorts of fabric which yellow when bleach is used. Most won't.

Other than this I don't know of any other product in Thailand.

Maybe try some Vanish?

The fabric that turned yellow was left too long or retention time was too long.

In my experience "yellowing" occurs from over use or too much. If you use smaller amounts its more effective and less likely to yellow. ( dependent on fabric). Overuse or hung in the sun to dry can also cause yellowing as the sun bleaches again.

The most gentle method to whiten washable clothes is to mix a solution of warm water and oxygen-based bleach but I'm really afraid to treat them the wrong way !

I have found that adding the oxy powder to the washing machine drawer can leave the clothes with orange/brown stains. it is best to dissolve the oxy bleach powder in water before adding it to the washing. I usually do this as a pre soak in a bucket and them do a normal wash.

I tried H2O2 and mixed with water and baking soda on a red wine spot, white pant... worked as a charm

Guess what the active ingredients are in Vanish
