Popular Post Rdrokit
I was in Central Mall in Korat on Thursday and came upon this display on the first floor. They only had one sales person and she was swamped with other people and couldn't speak English so I just took some pixs. Now DT has been around for a while as they sell electric and gas motor 3 wheel motorcycles. I think this a new venture for them. As far as I can tell they are made on a golf cart platform. The price was 138,000 on the white pickup and 148,000 on the yellow car. Looks like fun transportation for the village. If you are interested there are some videos on YouTube, just put in DT Motor in the search box. My wife likes the pick up.
TheX
I don't know if they have AIRCON, I would be interested only if it had air. I had seen a cute chick driving one in Bangkok, but she using a paper fan, and had a dog, so I wasn't sure if the dog dumped or if the car had no air at all. Unless they have an air system, I wont even consider it. However if anyone knows the solid answer please update.

sirineou
Why do EVs still have a hood for a motor?

Access to what, I admit , I don't know much about electric cars, but I thought the motor was under the car, usually on the axle. and the front hood is mostly for storage. If I am correct (a big if) then wouldn't it be better to eliminate it, move the cab forward, and either have more room inside, or in the case of the White TD a bigger bed in the back. I am not being argumentative, I am simply asking so I can learn.

So they might be under the hood?
