It’s a great idea. Any incentive to get rid of all stray/feral dogs gets my support.

You beat me to it.  Maybe they set up a booth on the provincial border so the farangs can file a TM30.  Shouldn't take but an hour or two if they have all the paperwork and copies.  Meanwhile Thai runners cruise on through.

Don't forget to keep us updated on the planning progress. Maybe a balloon festival would be better. That has more of a chance of getting off the ground????

Cross Country running? Ya right. That will pack in the tourists. Can easily see thousands lining up along a 30 or 50 km trail for a 10 second glimpse of somebody running by them. Sheesh!
