I'm an Australian citizen/Singapore PR currently in Thailand and it looks like I'll be needing to apply for a business visa soon.

Is it possible to get a one year/multi entry Business visa from Singapore? If so, what docs do I need to produce? I have company registration and supporting letter but do I need financial information as well?

If one year is not possible, what about 3-month/multi entry? Again, are any special docs needed?

If the only alternative is 3-month/single entry, can this be converted to multi entry in Bangkok? I'll be traveling in and out of the country quite a bit so multi-entry would be far easier.

Finally, can a 3-month visa be extended within Thailand or is the only choice to leave and re-apply from outside?

We have been told by the Thai Embassy on Orchard Road that its not possible for a multi entry - i think it even says so on their website.

We have asked because senior VP's and Regional Managers of a major MNC have to travel their frequently and I/we do not want to use up our passports with 10 pages of say single entry a year.

Now we just enter on VOA - <deleted> to them ;-)
