Limited Partnership=visa=work Permit

Featured Replies

I know this has been answered and I've read several posts but it is not very clear.

I would love for some one to direct me to a post which clearly states the process for opening a limited company/partnership and obtaining an extended visa, and work permit under the Amity Treaty?

The other Amity post deals mainly with sole prop. and I am more interested in a limited partnership.

Please walk me slowly through the steps and the amounts involved to start an american owned partnership, obtain an extended visa and work permit=

How many partners are required? are they shareholders or partners? None have to be thai correct?

What is the first step and how much does it cost?

Can I get the 1yr visa and work permit right away? Or not until the 2nd year? If so how do I work legally the 1st year?

How do I obtain a second visa/permit for my american wife?

We are very interested in doing this as soon as possible-

Thanks Sunbelt I know you can help! Sorry to make you repeat yourself=

Do you want to process the paperwork yourself? ... No, you don't! ... Step one: hire e.g. Sunbelt - the rest will follow.
