I resigned from my current position, and worked my full notice period.   I have 7 days of unused leave accumulated.  However, my employer has not paid me for it.

Is this is violation of Thai Labour Law?   Every other company I have worked in here has always re-imbursed for unused leave on exiting.

For context, whilst I have been in the company less than 1 year, my contract does state leave accumulates immediately pro rata after probation period ends, meaning I have 7 days.

There are no clauses in the contract that mention what happens to unused leave on exiting.
