Bo Phut police and rescue services were called after the body of a middle aged male tourist was found on rocks in Koh Samui yesterday morning.

The man was 50 year old Ming Pan from Fujian in China.

The body was found near the ShaSa Resort and Residences in Maret district.

The victim was dressed in shirt, shorts and sandals and had a snorkel mask around his neck.

He had a head injury consistent with having fallen on the rocks, said police.

There were no signs of foul play, reported 77jowo.

RIP but percentages alone the odds are not good ????

Add in the fact most don't know how to swim.

Might of been poaching shellfish and a local greenie  coshed him on the scone.

Its possible. Vietnamese and Chinese are notorious mollusc poachers.
