colinchaffers
I’m just starting looking into the possibility of some overseas representation for a Chinese company, I’ve Googled the subject and have some basic understanding, like the activities you can carry out, up to 3MTHB investment needed, I was wondering if anyone gone through the process and if what were there timescales and costs? also are there a minimum number of employees required? I realise everyone’s circumstances will be different so just looking to see if this is feasible or a nightmare. EbhB
Looked into it, but it comes with a lot of caveats - mainly it will be more costly than just setting up a thai company, where the original company is a shareholder. Its totally doable to have a 51% thai shareholder with no real control, but kinda need a lawyer to get it right in my opinion. Going through this process now, happy to answer stuff directly on PM too ????
