  • A TM30 will be required for any satellites which pass over Thailand.   One form to be submitted for each orbit.

To prepare for the increasing threat from space in the future, the Royal Thai Armed Force (RTAF) has opened a space operations center for the purpose of threat prevention, and enhancing national security in outer space.

you know, i was wondering what the giant ramp they are building next to the highway that points straight up was for.

This does highlight the opinion of many that Thailand has a particular mix of high incompetence and high arrogance.

Countries with much more sophistication don't even worry about things they know they cannot tackle.

But, Thailand as always thinks they can do anything any other country can do.

Is there any correlation between the seizure of large quantities of marijuana and drugs, and some of these “impressive” new programs and initiatives?

Just hd a terrible thought. What if it's 'taskable' and can change orbit going a bit north then a bit south and it doesn't tell anyone.

The initial testing is showing the results are out of this world - pretty soon-ish.

I always wondered what the RTAF did apart from sitting on the board of Thai Airways (messing that up) and crashing the occasional helicopter.

Now I see their true mission lies in exploring the celestial heavens and achieving enlightenment.
