Judging from the OP photograph there is a lack of understanding that the vacuum of space renders parachutes useless.????

No, but it is the best choice among the MS offerings thogh.   But you hit the nail on the head.   Thailand's educational system is pretty far from rocket science.

Satellites use Wind River OS and some forms of Linux.  Think FreeRTOS is used too.

Sounds like a government funded trough scheme.  In a few months, space hub will floated in a giant meeting hosted by head space cadet general cha cha.  They will have a teleconference with Branson to get him to land is ultra wealthy space travelers / quality tourists to land in Bangkok.  Space cadets in, bad guys out.

We have exactly the same problem.

I've lost count of the number of times my parachute's disappeared up the vacuum when my wife's cleaning the house.

Any nation really can get a satellite in space. Just pay the nation that has the delivery rocket. For the right money they will put it up there and in orbit for you.

But they could put 'Uncle Too' on a space ship and send him on, as the song goes, "a one way ticket to the moon". ????????????????????????????????????

"Bangkok... we have a problem."

(recording) "Space control is closed until 10 am tomorrow. Please leave a message. If this is an emergency, please call your nearest police station."

Call police station: no answer

so would a barge. maybe it could be used as a massive deportation vehicle for undesirables.

no, a barge has zero ability to sustain air operations,

and to top it off it also isnt sea worthy.

wonder why the lot of you want to vent

ignorant attacks with the aim of sniping all things thai at all time, it can only ever amuse advanced senility,

with embarrassingly low education

and common knowledge

Thailand has also been into space research. Unfortunately they still can't fathom the huge void between must people's ears.

Can this be done using Windows 7?
It could be done with MS -DOS v1 [emoji39]

I wonder which one of their kids made the model ? ????

They probably saw the idea in one of the early James Bond films, where the baddie takes over the world. Here they just want to take over the rain.

Odd that there's a large proportion of 'coffin dodgers' who seem to have the attitude you don't like.

As Golden Triangle said, it all a bit of fun, fairly harmless banter.

I didn't realise I was mentally ill, will that affect my visa status? I thought sniping was a trait of a hitman. I do remember you're checked for syphilis when applying for a work permit - that's to ensure you don't have it, it's not a prerequisite from what I remember.

Sorry for the harmless banter there.

When the nurse said that, my face went red, as well as my affected head.

Is it really April already?
