That's an interesting viewpoint, considering the a**hole was born in Oxford, UK and grew up in England. The only association he has to Canada is that his father is Canadian. He's never lived there. That's the way it works. UK was faster than Canada, so has made it Canada's issue.

A terrorist is not a soldier, so if they have killed, they are murderers and should treated as such.   Leave this jerk in the prison he is presently at for at least 25 years. His loving parents can go visit him there, if he is such a gem.

That's how the situation seems to be playing out, but the more intellectually advanced members are discussing whether or not it's appropriate. Your simplified recap of the situation is a good start for you but doesn't really add anything to the discussion. You assume that Canada wanted to do the same thing, but a statement like that isn't too smart because nobody here would possibly believe that you have any insight into what Canadian politicians are discussing behind closed doors.

Yes, that is what happens when you accuse other posters here of trolling, when all they do is give an answer you're not happy with.
