Yes, on the application which the applicant fills out themselves...

 

For example, on page two of the Texas driver's license application is this question: "Within the past two years, have you been diagnosed with, been hospitalized for or are you now receiving treatment for a psychiatric disorder?

 

 

My guess? No one ticks the "YES" box on this one.

    Why are Republicans and Trump so against strict background checks? Will it prevent some guns sales? Oh oh. ...just answered my own question. Again politicians in the pocket of special interest groups and corporations.

    No, if you outlaw guns why would you need a sign, all areas would be gun free.
