Of course it's hypocrisy, as that is what those people are. I was listening to a bit of the propaganda coming out of it this morning and it's all about transferring trillions of $ from western nations to corrupt <deleted><deleted> countries that have plenty of money, but it's all being stolen by their leaders, and they do sod all about it except put their hands out for western money. The biggest reason for the world being polluted IMO is overpopulation, yet there is zero about reducing that. I saw a talk with 3 climate change idiots activists, and they kept going on about a carbon neutral world, which is a nonsense in the lifetime of any person alive today, IMO. When their solutions include EVs I know that their opinions are pulled out of their <deleted>s. If they had a brain cell they'd be calling for a massive transition to hydrogen, which is inexhaustible, has proven technology, and doesn't depend on children illegally mining in the Congo. Doesn't have polluting batteries to dispose of either. -

Prawit Wongsuwan Joins Loy Krathong, Wishes Thais Happiness
Picture courtesy: Siam Rath General Prawit Wongsuwan, leader of the Palang Pracharath Party, participated in Loy Krathong celebrations at the Pa Roy Tor Conservation Foundation. He was joined by key party members, including Santi Promphat, General Krit Yothin Sasipattanawong, Pol. Lt. Gen. Piya Tawichai, Ruangkrai Leekitwattana, and Pol. Gen. Chakthip Chaijinda. The event included traditional activities such as floating krathongs and releasing fish, aiming to preserve Thai cultural heritage and promote environmental awareness. General Prawit highlighted the significance of Loy Krathong as an annual Thai tradition celebrated nationwide to honour Phra Mae Khongkha (the Goddess of Water). The festival embodies the beauty and essence of Thailand's culture, offering a moment for reflection and gratitude. Extending his wishes, he said, “May everyone find joy and fulfilment during this festival. May your wishes come true, and may you be blessed with good health. School Van Overturns in Surat Thani, Injuring 11 A school van carrying nine students and two teachers overturned in Thung Rang subdistrict, Kanchanadit district, Surat Thani province. The crash occurred near the Paolo Stadium, leaving all 11 occupants injured, with two initially trapped inside the vehicle.
