Week-long water outages to affect areas of Patong, Karon

PHUKET: The Phuket Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) has announced that the mains water supply will be shut off in parts of Patong and Karon from Monday (Sept 9) to Tuesday (Sept 14) in the following week.

 

The water outage is due to the repairs and maintenance to the reverse-osmosis water-purification plant in Karon, the PWA explained in its announcement.

 

The water supply from the plant will be shut-off 9am until 4:30pm.

I do appreciate these announcements, but normally also be affected areas would be mentioned. So where in Karon and Patong will be without water?

Ok, I'll explain.

 

We have 2-day weeks in Phuket, Monday to Tuesday, or if you prefer we have 6 days weeks on Phuket, 9th till the 14th. We're flexible.

So yes, my comment went over your head, sorry it wasn't clear.
