I can relate to the buses belching black smoke, Kathu Wat attracts a dozen or more buses everyday and they belch black diesel fumes on the all the poor old locals sitting in front of their houses as they drive through the town. Buses and trucks should be banned from using the road that goes through Kathu, or any narrow village roads and take the main road option. 

The traffic department could also crack down on these  vehicles polluting the air we breathe, but that is a big ask.
