I agree with Worgeordie that it has become too censored.

But swear words are becoming used too often and maybe it's not such a bad thing.... although the reasons for it may not be ideal. Who the flip knows? ????????

Content in most instances has to conform with Google regs.

Although the profanity filter can be tweaked/added to as and when required, but comes preset on the platform to remove the obvious issues. 

 

All in line with the forum rule:

8.) You will not post disruptive or inflammatory messages, vulgarities, obscenities or profanities.

Because this forum is rated as a family oriented forum by Google, Google issued a warning to Thai Visa Forum a few years ago for allowing profanity as profanities violated Google's family oriented forum policy.  It was at that time that the profanity filter was brought into play.  Using profanity is also in violation of the following forum rule:

 

8.) You will not post disruptive or inflammatory messages, vulgarities, obscenities or profanities.
