The company wanted to renew the contract for the 3rd year but they are not giving raise as I asked them. They are saying that client is not increasing billing rate. For that reason, I have refused to sign a new contract and now I don't know if there will be extension or not. Why the hell would they give you severance? Your contract is finishing and you chose not to accept the new one.
