Good and After Sept. 9, 2020 all unregistered soi Dogs should be eliminated. This would be make Pattaya better and safer place for everyone..

Is this the same Dept that will come and take all the strays away both Cats and Dogs and the mad woman on our estate who insists on feeding the Pigeons that are now "pooping all over the place.
