I am about to use up my SECOND of two multiple entry TOURIST visas. But before I go back to Thailand next week to use that second of two visas I already have, can I go to a Thai consulate in the U.S.A., and apply for ANOTHER 2-entry TOURIST visa, for use in two or three months from now? That would give me THREE tourist visas at the same time...

Do I have to use up BOTH of the two multiple-entry tourist visas, BEFORE I can apply for another 2 entry tourist visa?

You can pay for a new visa and the Consulate will probably issue you one. They may also cancel any others.

Would the starting validity period not be a problem.. If they issue another multiple (double) from now.. But you use the old one.. You will be hard pressed to use both the entries in a period that starts from when they issue it, unless you frequently travel in and out of the kingdom.
