Grumpy John Posted September 26, 2019 Share Posted September 26, 2019 When I lived in Soi 12 Pattaya Park I went past that block of land at least once a day and always wondered why no-one had built something on it. Now it looks like it could turn out to be a white elephant place....unless of course they market it to well healed Chinese, Indians and Thai's.
