B71mn deal inked to solve landslides along Phuket runway road

PHUKET:-- Airports of Thailand (AoT), which operates Phuket International Airport, has signed a B71.32 million agreement for upgrades to route 4031, which parallels the airport runway, to prevent future landslides along the road.

Cabinet okays Bt894 bn worth of public debt for 2020

The Cabinet on Tuesday (September 24) approved a planned public debt worth Bt894 billion for fiscal 2020, with the largest sums being injected into the State Railway of Thailand, which will be getting Bt65 billion, and Bt56.8 billion earmarked for cash-strapped Thai Airways International.

Thailand to beef up maritime export measures after New Zealand drug seizure

ONWR completes framework on tackling water crises

Dr Krisda Sirampuj, director of an international anti-ageing medical centre, said a human body’s respiratory mechanism doesn’t start in the lungs, but actually in the brain, which instructs the human body to breathe. He said this brain-to-lungs connection is automatic and our bodies know not to hold the breath.
