I think you are giving Boris far too much credit.  Certainly some of those pushing him will have that agenda but Johnson is no where near that canny.

 

Getting his leg over, squeezing the odd thigh under the table and enjoying a bottle of Bolly is about all Johnson is capable of unless someone else is pulling the strings and clearly that is happening now.

What is misleading about it.....Britain is the second largest contributor after Germany. That's propping up the corrupt EU. And where exactly is the hate? The only hate I have seen is from the anti democratic Remainers who have refused to accept the result of the referendum. The fundamental of democracy relies on people accepting laws and policies even when they don't personally benefit from them or they disagree with the law or policy.

Blimey, assuming he was 18 at the beginning of WW1 he must be at least 125 years old today.

The EU don't seem to be too worried about one of their main 'props' going. They know full well we depend on their trade far more than they do.

Use your brain I would suggest :

in what position of strength you would be after BREXIT? A small country between the blocks: EU, US, China ...... Who wants to listen to such a nutshell compared to the blocks? 

Same as Thailand would start giving guide lines how trade deals have to be in future. Who do you think would follow? Nobody. 

UK will be always an appendix following the EU, maybe not voluntarily ????

Which referendum ? You mean the one, 48,11% voted for only one option = Remain, while 51,88% voted for a range of "Leave". Never was mentioned: Brexit, whatever the consequences will be. 

A democracy means a 48% minority has some rights, and parliament’s duty is to honour them with a compromise. Till now only no, no, no, no, no, no 

Just a month, and we will see, when British imports into the EU have to face WTO-rule import duty, and travellers to face a Schengen visa, as coming from a "third country".

The British democracy: the one with only one vote more as the competition in one of the 650 constituencies gets the seat, the rest nothing.  UKIP with 4 mln votes... has no seat at all. 50% + 1 of the seats = government, which can - nearly - do as they please. 

One House is elected on this way, the other - with  hardly anything to say - is appointed. But still complaining about EU civil servants, who are appointed ( just like in the UK) and are under control of the EU council = the heads of government of the EU member states.
