TM30 Phone App

This is the first time I will be using the phone app for TM30 reporting, I am on a retirement extension, and it's asking me what type of Visa I have and I don't know which one to use, as it gives me a long list to chose from. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been waiting for over a month for my username and password , is this the norm ?

Yes and No.

A couple of months ago there were abundant complaints about the waiting time for the username:password.

But since a couple of weeks now it seems the process has been largely automated, and many posters indicate they get their username:password same or next day.

So best to re-apply, and success.

I pressed Register and a pop up appeared. " check your status " so I pressed it and I then had to enter " Passport No. and registered e-mail address " hit enter. Another pop up appeared  " Done "

What do you think " done " means.
