alleypanda
Hello hello, If anyone have a kind word to me please read on. I suppose to be in BKK from June to Sept. I would need somewhat 10,000 for living expense. The question is should I transfer the money now or later? I think this week should still be around 34 THB for 1 Usd or it would be better if I wait until June ? another option is I can transfer money for 3 months renting first the rest I get them change once I am in the country? The Baht swing so much, scared me. Thanks for your advice. Edited March 25, 2007 by alleypanda
PhilHarries
I think if anyone could predict any currency to that extent they would be very rich. Why not hedge your bets and transfer half now and half in June?
topfield
The baht higher in June or lower against the dollar than it is now ? Toss a coin ! Honestly...you have a fifty percent chance of getting it right !
backflip
No, he does not. Just because he has the choice of two things it doesn't mean that those two things have an equal chance of happening.

From what I have read it appears that a correction is coming but I think later in the year. If anything I think the baht will be stronger in the short run. This comes from the gut and is at best an educated guess.
