Minster targets 20,000 less accidents a year in "culture of safety" initiative

Really tragic. I had to swerve out the way of a body in the middle of the road last week. Motorbike rider collided with a car. Pretty simple to greatly reduce deaths. 1. Fix roads. Motorbikes hit potholes and lose control into traffic. 2. Start some semblance of traffic enforcement. Motorbikes should not be allowed to bob and weave through traffic. They should be treated for what they are, motorcycles. Should be subject to same rules as cars. Really for absolutely no traffic enforcement it runs amazingly well. Still tragic that 63 people a day die on Thai roads.
