I went to the immigration and got a residency certificate or, rather, notification form from them. I don't know which it is. I didn't pay for it.

However a firm where I sent it to, says that they accept documents only with a full address on them. Whereas on my document it states only the name of my appartment/hotel, building number, and a street also I think.

"Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, 20150" -- is what's missing.

Is there such a document issued by the immigration with the full, fullest address on it?

Should I go and ask them to specify my full address on the document?

That address looks pretty full to me.

I would ask the firm what they think a full Thai address looks like before doing anything else.

I've had similar experiences in the past, but when I asked for an example of a "good" address the documents magically became acceptable.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I think what is missing is a house number and moo baan indicator (look outside your house for something like 1234/56 Moo 7). Usually in the address is included the Tambon, Amper and Changwat (plus zipcode). Your Changwat is Chonburi, but not sure about your Tambon and Amper).

That wouldn't satisfy me as a full address my full address is on my Thai driving DL.

Make sure to put your address on the application form exactly the way you want it to be on the certificate.

I always have my internet supply in my name then I have a monthly bill to use with my name/address on it.  Mind you TOT & 3BB are delivering a <deleted> service so my TV freezes regularly.
