Tourist and ex-pats alike constantly getting jumped by Thai bouncers for not paying padded bar tabs. Robbery is rampant....... Here’s some friendly advice. Nothing good happens at 2am in the morning. After four or five hours banditry on the roads round Pattaya the police are too tired to be effective. This is why they never arrest a taxi-driver not using his meter.
