Hal65
I only use whey during a cut when my protein intake would otherwise fall to 80g/day. This means it could sit there for months unused. However, the brand I'm looking at has a 2.5 year shelf life. I've stuck to 1 lb bags for now but am thinking of buying a 5 lb one for the savings, if there's a good chance it'll survive on the shelf (no more fridge space). Anyone have experience leaving whey on the shelf in a hot/humid climate? How well does it hold up for say 6-9 months?
