Ive been working in Thailand teaching English for 4 years now and have found a school who would like to get me a work permit but i dont have a degree.

My role is head of English department/(farang whipping boy)

Is it possible to get wp?

What would i have to show?

I would be checking to make sure the teachers do their jobs,check work etc...

My boss is able to change my job title to obtain a work permit.

If it's a government school, then the qualification requirement is decided by the school.

If it's a private school, they can bypass the MoE and go straight to the MoL and apply for a wp for you as a language consultant.

Quite a few teachers in CM employed this way.
