I don't know the Thai name but in Hawaii they are called Lauhala trees and the fruit is from green to yellow (not red).  Not edible though.

Looks like Pandanus to me.

It looks like Pandanus tectorius, a kind of screwpine.  In Thai, təəy thálee.  Its fruit are edible, and the leaves can be used to flavour and perfume food.
